Branch refurbishment carried out by Dunn AC Limited.
To replace full HVAC services throughout the branch including replacement of Daikin VRV 3-pipe air conditioning comfort cooling system feeding a mixture of 16 internal ceiling cassettes and high wall mounted fan coil units, via new branch selector boxes to allow individual zone control through heating and cooling modes.
3X packaged Daikin VAM 1000FA heat recovery systems to supply fresh air to all areas of personal, premier and business banking areas throughout the branch, critical cooling split systems to the comms and ATM areas of the branch.
Gas fired commercial boilers were also de commissioned and removed from situe and replaced with electric convector heaters for private offices to allow total control and heat pumps VRV system throughout. All systems were integrated into the smart buildings system to allow local and remote control.
Full operation and maintenance manuals were supplied following the successful completion.
