Dunn AC Limited was appointed by their client as the contractor to complete major repairs to the sites critical and comfort cooling air conditioning system serving all critical customer areas.
The work involved the recovery of the systems refrigerant to allow removal of impurities within the refrigeration circuit and installation of inline filter driers and pressure switches. Full refrigerant leak test was completed to identify and repair the system. Once complete, pressure testing was carried out and virgin refrigerant supplied. The systems were fully run and tested to ensure operation.
Full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training followed the successful completion.
Full O&M manuals, test and commissioning certificates and warranties were issued upon completion.
