Dunn AC Limited were appointed by their client to supply heat pump critical air conditioning to replace their end-of-life-cycle system serving the server rooms.
Dunn AC de-installed the current split condensers and two internal fan coil units. New refrigerant grade insulated copper pipe work was installed on tray along with communication and electrical cabling.
The new Mitsubishi Electric condensers were positioned wall mounted at low-level guarded by condenser cages to allow protection and ease of future maintenance.
Our task was to complete the works on a managed program of works inside of normal working hours and with time restraints in place and without disruption to the banks daily operations.
Full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training followed the successful completion.
