Dunn AC were successful by way of a competitive tender process to supply & install circa 525kW of split, twin split & VRV AC systems across circa 25 clinical sites across London and the Southeast.
The scope of work was to remove dated, redundant and beyond economical repair systems and replace with new, efficient and more suitable systems.
The range of environments varied across the estate and meticulous planning was required to allow the safe and convenient process of the works.
Strict deadlines, security measures, and cooperative working with the trust was essential to allow the smooth running of the works to ensure patient and operative welfare throughout the works.
All new installations were completed on time and on budget and full operation and maintenance manuals, test and commissioning certification and user training following the successful completion.
