Dunn AC Limited was appointed by their client as the contractor to carry out de-commissioning, removal and disposal of redundant air conditioning, heating and ventilation plant located on the shopping centre roof to allow roof repairs to be carried out.
Recovery of all refrigerant, de-commissioning, crane removal and disposal of failed AC , heating and ventilation systems was successfully completed.
New systems will be installed to serve the existing areas upon completion of the extensive roof works.
