Dunn AC Limited was appointed by their client as the contractor to complete full periodic quarterly planned maintenance to all air conditioning , air handling, natural gas, oil & LPG combustion assets across their property portfolio in Central and Greater London.
Our task on combustion maintenance was to complete annual service visits to all properties and included an annual full gas installation soundness test for each site.
Our task on the air conditioning and air handling maintenance was to complete quarterly service visits to all assets and include all information required as per the F-Gas regulations.
Full test and commissioning and gas installation soundness test certification was issued followed the successful completion.
