Dunn AC Limited was appointed by their client as the contractor to replace the aged failed natural gas fired boilers, pipework, controls & flues serving the entire building including offices, receptions, work shops and stores.
Two 60kW floor mounted Ideal NG boilers, dated from 1991, were isolated, removed and disposed of.
Substantial pipe work modifications, insulation, complete new flues and mountings were made in order to allow for one modern condensing Ideal i-Max E120 boiler was installed.
Substantial controls modifications were made in order to allow for optimum control.
