We are experts in the design and installation of air conditioning systems. Our service includes an onsite survey, design and quotation, with a 2-5 year installation guarantee (backed up by manufacturer’s warranty).

All our air conditioning installations include the following:

• Installation by a qualified engineers (all our engineers are qualified to the latest F Gas regulations and trained in line with current manufactures’ guidelines)
• The option of complete project installation, including all electrical works
• Refrigerant grade copper pipework, installed on a designated pipework support system or cable tray – installed to current F Gas standards
• O Class fire retardant insulation of the correct wall size
• Full part and labour warranty, with the option of up to five years’ extended warranty
• Onsite demonstration and user manuals and commissioning reports

Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance

Service & maintenance from Dunn AC provides planned safety and condition checks on all your Air Conditioning equipment. The frequency of the checks are flexible; however we recommend two service visits in a 12 month period on all mechanical equipment. This includes comfort & critical Air Conditioning systems. Maintenance contracts are tailored to the needs of each application.

Dunn AC will arrange and manage your buildings servicing and inspection schedule ensuring we maximise equipments life-cycle by pre-empting potential repairs and breakdowns. Often maintenance checks can highlight small repairs, which if unnoticed could become significant and potentially cause disruption to your work place and building environment. Regular servicing and inspection will also help to maximise operating efficiency.

Each maintenance contract is designed to ensure that your plant and equipment continues to operate at its ultimate efficiency, reducing energy expenditure and costly breakdowns.
